1. Service scope

Lightingdesigner.io is a web service for lighting design workflows. It helps users plan rooms, luminaires, product lists, and PDF outputs, but it does not replace project-specific professional electrical or construction review.

2. Accounts

Some features require a user account. Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and sign-in credentials secure.

3. License and access

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to the active package. This does not include the right to resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy the underlying service logic.

4. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, security abuse, distribution of harmful content, evasion of package limits, or unauthorized processing of other users' data.

5. Packages, trials, and Project Pass

Access may be provided through a free package, trial period, monthly or yearly subscription, or one-time Project Pass. Available features, project limits, and export rights depend on the active package.

6. Intellectual property

The service, interface, software logic, and related content belong to Lightingdesigner.io or its licensors. Users retain rights to their own project data and uploaded content.

7. Availability and changes

The service evolves continuously. We may update features, pricing, package contents, and maintenance practices. We aim for reasonable continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Users are responsible for reviewing final plans for their own use case. Unless required by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost business, or loss of data.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use violates these terms or threatens service integrity. Users may cancel subscriptions through account management according to the billing policy.
